They were playing Bieber and Charice on the hostaged bus

...as if to make their ordeal one of the most inhumane ever, disgraced police officer Rolando Mendoza subjected his hostages to an auditory delight of Justin Bieber and Charice songs. Just kidding. So who should we blame for all of this? Vote after the jump.
